PRICE OF THE TASTING PER PERSON FOR GROUPS FOR A MINIMUM OF 45 PEOPLE: € 4,00
FREE TASTING: taste of our products like Formaggio di Fossa and honey.
THE TASTING INCLUDES: guided tour of the enterprise, pits and Museum of Formaggio di Fossa, possibility for 
groups of having a guide of Sogliano al Rubicone's Municipality (with prior agreement and according to availabilities) 
with visit of the town (fountain conceived by Tonino Guerra, the Monastery which accomodated Giovanni Pascoli's 
sisters and more).
The tasting includes, in addiction to our products, Formaggio di Fossa and honey, water/soft drinks, wine and 
homemade desserts.
NOTES: We can accommodate 70/80 people with the care to proceed to the tasting, visit of the pits and the museum for 
groups from 20/25 people.
