APPROXIMATE PRICE OF A MEAL: à la carte or according to requests
PRICE OF THE TASTING PER PERSON: (groups max 40 people): quality, quantity and price of the tastings are fixed according to visitors requests.
THE TASTING INCLUDES: In-oil vegetables: aubergines, courgettes, peppers, artichokes and scalogno; sauces and prepared for bruschette.
Among the jams we offer a wide range from the more traditional such as strawberries, cherries, apricots, to the more particulars like pumpkin, green tomato, onion and radicchio.
We also offer caramels figs, savour, saba and stridoli sauce., the imagination is released into the caramelized pumpkin and rustarine.
NOTES: The farm's aim is the rediscovery of the traditional recipes for making jams, preserves, in-oils, pickleds and sauces.
Open for catering on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday at lunch or for groups by reservation.
