CULTURALE ASSOCIATION MONTEGELLI - Montegelli
The Association organizes every year some summer events. In addition, the last Sunday of September, promotes the traditional festival of Savor, dedicated to all the Romagna specialties made with grape must.
Savor is a jam that has an old recipe: its preparation is very long and needs to cook all ingredients in a large pot over low heat.
The Savor is very good if served with bread and piadina and it combines perfectly with fresh cheeses, such as ricotta and it is divine with the Formaggio di Fossa DOP. In addition to Savor, the Association also produces jams (fig, green tomato and elderberry), Saba and Mastlaz.
