AZ. AGR. LA MONTAGNOLA - Calisese

The farm, run by Galassi Family, wine-growers for three generations, is situated on the hills of Cesena, in the locality of Carpineta. It has 8.5 hectares of vineyard perfectly exposed at noon and constituted by limestone ground, and ideal element for the production of fine wines. The current owner, Alfredo Galassi, adopts IPM techniques, with low production and hand harvest, strictly in boxes; winemaking generally consist of long macerations and operations which tend to enhance the expression of the territory, that leads to the production of soft but of character wines.
