Bissoni is a young and small winery that borns from the largest and oldest human passion: getting the best from land by respecting nature and environment. The farm covers 12 hectares, on a splendid natural terrace in front of the hill of Bertinoro, where the ancient Romans already cultivated vine and olive tree. The winemaking philosophy of the company is to preserve the quality for small productions, manually picking grapes and making wine using traditional methods, without any particular intervention and without the use of desiccants and herbicides, in harmony with nature.
