PIADINERIA GRADISCA - Longiano
Our adventure started in 2004 with the opening of a kiosk located in the centre of Longiano, a beautiful hilly town between Rimini and Cesena, in which we produced and sold piadina, crescioni and slices pizza.
The first reason that drove us to take this road was the need to create an our own work that gave some satisfactions, of course, even economic.
The second and more decisive factor was the consideration that, in a beautiful town as Longiano, there was not a place to eat a “good” piadina.
During the first years we have obtained several satisfactions from our work, enough to transfer our business in a more large place, to offer guests more products, such as takeaway pizza and fresh homemade pasta.
La Gradisca Piadineria is a dynamic company that adapts and moulds itself to the needs of customers and it is the point of reference for catering and banqueting services in Longiano.
Years of experience and the care of dishes (handmade, by respecting the local tradition) allow to offer our customers a complete, quick, efficient and refined service for the organization of events, celebrations, ceremonies, first communions, christenings, conferences, openings and receptions.
From September 2014, we will introduce a pleasant and waiting news:
A new 'service menu' to satisfy new tastes and new food choices with VEGAN, ORGANIC AND WHOLEMEAL piadine and crescioni.
Our aim is to renew the great tradition of Romagna by updating it to our days with recipes of piadina, by using alternative flours (spelt, wholemeal, cereal, kamut), all organic, light and without lard and yeast.

From Tuesday to Friday: from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.; Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Sunday: from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
