CA' DE BE' - Bertinoro

CA' DE BE' - Bertinoro A corner of heaven overlooking Romagna, where the best traditional flavors are combined with the typical hospitality and creativity of this land.
Thanks to a sunny day, the spring temperature and the desire to rediscover Bertinoro, one of the most typical villages of the sweet  hills between Forlì and Cesena, we climb to Ca’ de be’ inn.
Historical place linked in the past to poor local tradition cuisine, Ca 'de Be' is  today a point of reference of Romagna enogastronomy, thanks to the project of revitalization married in 2011 by two young local entrepreneurs, Simone Rosetti and Michele .
In the inner room, fournished  in a warm and welcoming style balanced with a touch of modernity, a large wooden winepress dating back to the middle of the '700 recalls the ancient peasants customs, who also live in the engravings representing  the wine-pressing on the great cast iron bell overlooking the terrace.
The very  rich wine offer conquers immediately our attention: more than 500 labels ordered in shelves along one wall of the room. White, red and rosé wines; stills, sparkling and spumanti; all strictly made in Romagna. From the Pignoletto of Imola's hills to Sangiovese of different sub-areas, passing by the Albana of Faenza to the Rebola of Rimini’s hills, you can choose your favorite bottle, read the label, look at the color, consider the price and decide to take it directly to your table to pair it with the dish you have chosen.
The thread running through the menù - from starters to main courses, up to side dishes and desserts - is the respect of the local cuisine, made of traditional dishes prepared with seasonal and rigorously selected directly by the producers raw materials.
