The farm is located in Montenovo of Montiano, in the foothills of the Apennines of Romagna. The beauty of the environment in which the business is located has made us choose organic farming. 
The care of the products continues from the field to the realization of jams and pickled with strict controls on all stages of production. 
To preserve the flavors, smells and nutritional properties, the manufacturing process uses the most modern technologies. From the recovery of the recipes of our culinary tradition make our "delicious flavors of the farm": saba, Savour, caramelized figs, 
rustarine, jams, pickles, olive oil and wine. The store is housed in the basement of the Biffi Palac, ane old manor house built in the '700 on the fields of the company.
