BARTOLACCIO

BARTOLACCIO The Bartolaccio is a specialty of Tredozio, a charming town on the valley of Tramazzo.
It is a kind of small crescione with rectangular shape formed by the mixture of traditional piadina stuffed with mountain potatoes boiled and then seasoned in a pan with pork bacon cut into cubes and other homemade cheeses, replaced nowadays by the Parmesan cheese.

At the begining of November in Tredozio there is a fair where it is possible to taste the Bartolaccio and all its delicious variants.
